Whistleblowing System

We are pleased to announce that our company has complied with the European Directive which provides for the introduction of a Whistleblowing System pursuant to the Legislative Decree. 24/2023.

The legislation on whistleblowing also refers to illicit conduct in the private sector which includes the violation of the legislation on Model 231 provided for by Law 231/2001.
