MODEL 231
Model 231 is governed by a Supervisory Board, which is responsible for supervising the effectiveness of the Organizational Model and also ensuring compliance with the Company’s Code of Ethics.
In accordance with the provisions of the Decree and in consideration of the evolution of legislation, case law and doctrine, Security Trust adopts a methodology to adjust their prevention safeguards through the performance of the activities included in the organizational model.

WHISTLEBLOWING
Security Trust has complied with the European Directive requiring the introduction of a Whistleblowing System in accordance whith 24/2023 Legislative Decree.
The whistleblowing regulations also refer to wrongful conduct in the private sector, which goes to include violation of the regulations on Model 231 under Law 231/2001.
